Exciting new role for an experienced Marketing Manager to join one of the UK’s leading Not for Profit, Membership organisations, as they focus on a journey of evolution and growth.

The Role:

Leading a team of high-performing marketing and comms professionals, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for overall business growth through increased brand awareness. This will include:

• Developing and delivering a cross-departmental growth strategy to increase customer acquisition, retention and revenue.
• Leading the development of a data-driven marketing strategy
• Analysis of membership growth data and performance metrics, translating these insights into actionable recommendations
• Overseeing all aspects of brand management
• Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels

Person Specification:

You’ll have a proven track record in developing and actioning successful marketing campaigns that drive growth as well as:

• Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and excellent analytical skills
• Experience of leading and managing a high-performing team
• Possess a passion for driving business growth and achieving growth objectives.

The role is on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days in the office and 2 WFH.
