TPP are working with a health professional membership body who are seeking to hire an interim Head of Marketing & Engagement to join them on a 12 month contract. As a senior level marketing professional, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy, along with member engagement, communication, digital and media engagement. The role holder will work out of our client’s Lutterworth office 3 days a week, and 2 day remote.
Your duties and responsibilities will include :
Implement the member engagement strategy.
Implement the digital strategy across social media, and e-communication and oversee the website re-launch.
Management of our client’s brand and brand values.
Oversight of the delivery of excellent member experience.
Engage in member research and competitive analysis.
Direct the public engagement and media strategy of our client, and leading on public awareness.
People management for a team of 5 direct reports.
Your knowledge, skills and experience will include :
5 years + practical experience of management at a senior level within an organisation, in a marketing capacity.
Experience of managing digital marketing channels
Experience of collaborating and working with agency partners.
Extensive experience and understanding of running successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the Third Sector
Experience of managing, supervising and motivating a team.
