This role offers significant career growth potential and a chance to build and lead the marketing function from the ground up. Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content such as whitepapers, blogs, videos, and webinars.
• Manage and optimise the company s social media channels to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Analyse marketing data to refine strategies and improve overall performance.

What Experience is Required

• 5+ years of experience in marketing within the life sciences or biotech industry.
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Qualification in biology, biochemistry, or other life science related field

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: £55,000 – £75,000 per annum DOE
