They are looking to appoint a Head of Marketing and Communications who will lead a small team to maximise on new membership opportunities, engagement, digital and brand management, positioning the college at the forefront of the profession they represent. The Head of Marketing and Communications will ensure relevant and timely audience specific communications using a full range of channels.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of leading multiple teams to achieve maximum membership growth opportunities whilst maintaining the high standards of the college’s well-respected brand.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
As the Head of Marketing and Communications you will have a significant input into the development of the college’s key principles and strategic aims.
You will manage and build on the college’s already strong brand and reputation to strengthen their position as a leading voice within their profession.
Lead and inspire both internal stakeholders and teams through digital transformation, and advocate, create and lead strategies.
As the Head of Marketing and Communications you will lead, support and inspire the marketing and communications teams deliver high-quality content in line with the college’s brand and key aims.
Your experience will include:
You will have in depth knowledge and experience of all digital marketing aspects including digital performance and analytics.
You will have experience in innovating and leading on the promotion of new products.
Experience of leading successful marketing strategies in support of the overall aims and you will have extensive experience of brand management, with a proven track record of executing a clear brand strategy.
As the Head of Marketing and Communications you will have a good understanding of the broader Marketing, Communications and digital aspects.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
