This is an exciting opportunity to join our lively team at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection (RHC).
We are looking for a driven Head of Marketing to manage the group’s communication for its restaurant brands, hospitality venues, events and corporate business.
The role will encompass the day to day management of the full marketing mix, with emphasis on B2C & B2B brand marketing, digital oversight, and agency management.
RHC cater at over 600 private events a year whilst operating numerous restaurants, lounges and bars at UK locations including; Sky Garden, Heathrow Airport, The Royal Albert Hall and Ascot Racecourse. In 2019, RHC acquired a New York events business and since has delivered over 150 events in the city, as well as opening Peak Restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience with a strong background across the entire marketing mix including; budget management, excellent copywriting skills and general experience with a broad range of marketing disciplines to include PR, Social Media, Digital, website CMS and Comms.
It is essential that this candidate has a structured and organised approach to the fast-moving demands of this role and a fastidious attention to detail.
Proof reading and copywriting are key in this role and the candidate should be confident at all levels.
The role would be ideal for someone who is good at working autonomously as well as a team player, is self-motivated, highly-organised, has good attention to detail and able to manage several projects at any one time in a high-paced environment.
