As the strategic partner for global communications, you will lead employee engagement across diverse channels, and be a pivotal part of enhancing our internal communications effectiveness worldwide. We are seeking an individual with exceptional written and verbal English skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Experience in a similar international setting and proficiency in leveraging communication tools are essential to excel in this role.

Reporting directly to the CHRO, this position offers high visibility and collaboration with the Global Executive Committee, CEO, and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• To lead, develop and execute global internal communications in line with wider business strategy and priorities
• Lead the implementation and development of a companywide content calendar, ensuring a regular flow of news content across TMF Group through a variety of channels
• Develop tailored programmes for the Executive Committee and the senior leadership team to ensure that relevant communication is cascaded to all levels of the organization.
• Enhance leadership understanding of employee mood and information needs and support visibility of senior leadership toward the organization.
• Foster the brand and brand awareness among all employees, working closely with HR and Marketing colleagues.
• Act as internal consultant on communication aspects of change and help plan and implement change communication strategies as and when needed
• Help develop the intranet and other digital channels as an effective and efficient means of information and knowledge sharing.
• Support effective measurement and data analytics of internal communications

About you

• 8+ years’ experience of working in internal communications and a strong knowledge of communication trends and best practice
• Comfortable working in a complex organizational structure with geographically dispersed staff
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, both written and verbally
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• A good understanding of communication planning and in-depth knowledge of the range and variety of communication channels and processes to ensure that the right communication reaches the right employee
• Experience with crisis management from a communications perspective
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing and proofreading skills
• Culturally sensitive with the ability to operate effectively in a global organisation
• Knowledge of the Financial and/or Professional Services industry is valuable though not essential
