Salary: Up to £90,000
Location: London (On-site with some travel across venues) 5 DAYS A WEEK

This role does not offer remote working.

A leading luxury hospitality group is looking for a Head of Creative to lead brand storytelling, campaigns and content across its portfolio of high-end venues.

This role requires a conceptual thinker and hands-on creative leader who can develop big ideas while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver high-impact visual content – particularly across video, social and experiential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity and creative direction.
• Develop 360 campaigns, content and activations across seasonal, brand and partnership work.
• Lead content creation across video, photography, digital, social and in-venue experiences.
• Oversee creative production from concept to final delivery.
• Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team (design, video, copy, production).
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Operations and Culinary teams to ensure creative supports commercial goals.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years in creative leadership (in-house or agency) within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio of brand campaigns, video-led storytelling and social-first content.
• Confident leading shoots, creative teams and external partners.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite / video tools (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut).
• A visionary who balances creativity with commercial impact.
