We’re now hiring a Head of Creative to lead and elevate the Exodus brand across every creative touchpoint. In this role, you’ll guide a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce high-impact visual, digital, and written work that captures the spirit of adventure and discovery at the heart of our brand. You’ll set and uphold high creative standards while fostering a collaborative, innovative environment where great ideas thrive.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop our brand narrative through compelling campaigns and content across digital and print channels. You’ll drive creative strategy, champion storytelling, and ensure consistency in how our brand is expressed both internally and externally.
