As the Head of Brand & Marketing at MCR Property Group, you will spearhead crucial initiatives across the marketing spectrum, including branding projects, digital marketing, web content, media marketing, social media, direct marketing, and CRM management. Your role will involve strategic and operational leadership, driving growth and revenue across both the residential and commercial sectors. This position is ideally suited for someone with experience in marketing or a creative agency setting, as our team operates much like a design studio, featuring an in-house design team alongside all digital marketing functions. Based at our head office in Manchester, the role also requires occasional travel to various sites across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, enhancing visibility and driving sales across all active developments.
Oversee the in-house design studio, marketing managers, and CRM manager, leading a dynamic team of 6.
Manage all marketing communications to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required quality.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to integrate marketing efforts with overall company strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and adjustments to maximise return on investment.
Oversee the company’s social media strategy and execution, ensuring it aligns with broader marketing goals.
Identify new revenue opportunities and strategize their implementation to capitalise on market trends.
Ensure compliance with all current marketing regulations and standards, including GDPR.
Promote strong leadership within the marketing team by embodying the company’s values and championing effective management practices.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in managing marketing teams and projects, with a minimum of 7 years in marketing and 3 years in a management role.
Strong background in the real estate sector, with knowledge of both residential and commercial markets.
Excellent understanding of SEO, lead generation, and affiliate marketing practices.
Competency with Office 365, Google Business Tools, and familiarity with HubSpot.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
