What you’ll be doing?
Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with Pharmacy2U’s vision to become a comprehensive digital healthcare platform.
Lead the consolidation of subsidiary brands into the Pharmacy2U brand within the next 6-8 months, ensuring a seamless transition and strong brand identity.
Deliver a content strategy with a digital-first approach, enhancing our online presence and patient engagement.
Oversee the evolution of brand guidelines to ensure narrative, language, and visual identity are aligned with our mission and business objectives.
Define and establish brand metrics, develop regular reporting criteria, and measure success through performance analysis of all brand-related campaigns.
Provide inspirational leadership to the brand design and content team, fostering talent development and collaboration.
Manage the brand, content, and ATL budget, monitoring expenditures and reporting on budget status.
Lead the creative development and approval process across all campaigns, working through the internal team and partner agencies to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience in managing a brand.
Track record of developing and managing communications and marketing projects with a strong focus on digital content.
Knowledge of strategic and creative brand development and content production across various formats and media.
Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and other suppliers.
Ability to think creatively about brand and content solutions to meet audience needs and organisational goals.
Strong understanding of accessible communication and formats.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
Excellent budget management skills and ability to report on financial status accurately.
