Role Overview:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a proactive and organised Group Operations and Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our operations across both bpeSearch and Better Placed brands, ensuring efficiency and excellence in our daily tasks and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management: Ensure smooth operations by managing office supplies, coordinating logistics, and overseeing general office needs.
• Operational Support: Assist in group projects, track metrics, and generate insightful reports to aid decision-making.
• Data Management: Maintain our recruitment databases, ensuring compliance and accuracy in data handling.
• CRM and Marketing Support: Manage our CRM system, contribute to marketing efforts, and uphold data integrity.
• Client Coordination: Maintain high standards in client communication and reporting, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.
• Event Coordination: Organise travel and events, enhancing our team collaboration and brand presence.
• Requirements:

Experience required:

• Experience in administration or operations, preferably within a recruitment or HR environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; knowledge of DocuSign, Adobe, and Canva is a plus.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
