Graphic Designer (Brand & Marketing)

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a software company based in Belfast who are seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer (Brand and Marketing) to join their growing team and create visually engaging designs across digital, print and motion platforms while supporting broader marketing initiatives.

You will create high-quality visual and video content that aligns with and enhances the brand identity combining strong design fundamentals with creativity, technical skill, and excellent organisational abilities to successfully manage multiple projects. You will be responsible for producing engaging, visually striking content that connects with and appeals to the target audience.

Core Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual content across digital, motion, and print channelsWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that align with requirements and brand guidelinesSupport marketing campaigns through consistent, high-quality design and creative concept developmentContribute to ideation sessions and visually develop concepts for new marketing initiativesDevelop and manage brand-aligned assets, ensuring consistency with established guidelinesDeliver print-ready and web-optimised designs, including social media assets, website visuals, brochures, posters, and landing pagesDesign internal branded collateral such as email signatures and business cardsReview, refine, and finalise design work to ensure accuracy, quality, and strong visual impact

Essential Criteria

• A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related disciplineA strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia workHigh level of proficiency in industry-standard design tools and softwareExperience in video production, animation, and photography is highly desirableA solid grasp of UX principles, digital design best practices, and fundamental design conceptsKnowledge of animation techniques, audiovisual editing, and interactive multimedia developmentExcellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
