Talent Guardian is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Graphic Designer to join their team in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who keeps up with the latest design trends and social media movements, bringing fresh and engaging ideas to a variety of digital and print projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching visuals for digital, print, and retail campaigns.
• Capture and edit product and lifestyle photography, both in-studio and on location.
• Create dynamic social media content, including animated and static ads, website banners, and promotional graphics.
• Ensure all designs are modern, on-trend, and aligned with social media best practices.
• Support retailer marketing efforts by developing POS displays, posters, banners, and other in-store promotional materials.
• Design packaging, instruction manuals, and product materials in multiple languages.
• Develop event graphics for trade shows, including price lists and promotional giveaways.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Strong photography and retouching skills.
• A solid understanding of typography, layout, and branding.
• Experience in print production and materials.
• A keen interest in emerging design trends and social media aesthetics.
• Experience in video editing and motion design.
