Job Purpose:

• Develop and design high-quality graphics for various print and digital media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing campaigns.
• Ensure all designs align with the company s brand guidelines and objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
• Support the development of presentation materials and internal communications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs for print and digital media.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles is an advantage.
