Salary: up to £32k per annum

Working Hours: Monday Thursday 8:30-17:30 & 8:30-4:30 on Friday

Elevation Recruitment Group – Marketing Division are excited to be working exclusively with a construction business.

General overview:

We re looking for an eager to learn Graphic Designer to manage all group graphic design needs as well as acting as a brand guarding of the group. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is an exciting role for someone looking for autonomy and variety in their workload. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and production of all company catalogues, magazines, literature and promotional material using In Design, Photoshop & Illustrator, graphics and photography
• Prepare artwork for print and digital media
• Manage work priorities allocated by the Marketing Manager
• Provide any additional support as may be reasonably required within the Group.
• Creating designs for inhouse POS and exhibition displays
• Mixed media design including social media, email, web and sales collateral
• Digital and printed design, including onsite assets
• Brand management and development
• Working closely with the marketing team
• Management of external resource including video and photography
• Working to tight deadlines in preparation of graphic design work to support the marketing strategy

Core Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field
• proficiency in graphic design software such as the adobe suite
• Basic understanding of design principles
• Brand management and development experience
• Experience of both print and digital
