We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join their vibrant Design and Marketing team. If you have a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and strong experience in producing print work. We want to hear from you!

Role Overview: As the Graphic Designer, you will create various formats of print and digital graphics using industry-standard software. You will assist the Creative Manager and collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful development and execution of design projects. You will also be responsible for producing briefs, providing feedback, and maintaining our brand identity.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the design team to achieve project goals.
• Create graphics using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Work from supplied briefs to produce the required artwork.
• Develop and produce briefs, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Present drafts for feedback and make necessary adjustments.
• Design a range of pieces, including internal communications, paperwork, printed artwork for Direct Mail campaigns, brochures, and press advertisements.
• Meet required print deadlines with high-quality results.
• Save artwork in the correct format and ensure it meets print standards.
• Support and assist other members of the Design Department as needed.
• Enhance and maintain brand identity.
• Organise and correctly save files on the shared server.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience as a Senior in a team, overseeing work or line managing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of design principles and print production processes.
• Ability to work from briefs and provide clear feedback.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
