Description

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales
• Enhance online customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyse online sales and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities
• Update website content via the CMS
• Engage in SEO implementation
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve e-commerce operations
• Produce regular reports analysing e-commerce KPIs
• Supporting at photoshoots
• Keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies and propose new ideas for growth

Profile

A successful Graduate E-Commerce Assistant should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge and understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret e-commerce data
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
