Role Synopsis
To support the global growth of fleet businesses at bp, the Global Product and Offer Manager – TCO (Total Cost of Operations) brings strong passion for accountability, setting high standards, and driving results through constant focus on developing and improving TCO offers for fleet customers.
As the Global Product and Offer Manager – TCO you will need to be able to think big to build a long-term plan and have outstanding tactical skills to drive day-to-day implementation. You will need learn quickly and be willing to experiment with new ideas.
You will have ownership of key deliverables across bp businesses, tech teams, and other stakeholders to implement scalable solutions helping our fleet customers to minimize their TCO (defining customer requirements, articulating offers roadmap and steering its implementation). The Global Product and Offer Manager will use complex problem-solving skills, manage multiple high-visibility priorities, and maintain a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations.
