General Manager Amazing Store Profile 50 – 60,000

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a General Manager for a big box retailer. We are looking for a General Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times. Must be able to work in a high volume and fast paced retail environment where you will inspire and lead those around you with a hands-on approach!

Our client is a well know destination store – as a result, the role of a General Store Manager will focus heavily on the instore experience, customer service and standards across all sections!

To be our clients new General Manager you will be a hands-on, commercial and results driven leader who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a passion for delivering world class customer service

As a General Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Driving customer service standards in your store.
• Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
• High levels of visual merchandising
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
• Achieving store and company KPI’s.
• Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.

Our Client’s General Manager role is the ideal role if you are looking to join a customer focused brand. To be successful you will have worked in a big box environment where you can spin plates and manage multiple challenges. We want a productive team who share the vision of the business to be the biggest and best in their sector.

In reward for your hard work, you will receive a salary between 50-53,000, which is reviewed throughout your career and earn bonuses – OTE is over 65k. You will have access to a host of other benefits and some genuinely great career opportunities
