Job Purpose
To drive lead acquisition and revenue generation through attendance and engagement through our
events, webinars, seminars to feed the sales teams, working within the digital marketing team to
maximise opportunities.
Job Overview
We’re looking for a driven, hard-working and self-motivated canididate to join our growing digital
marketing team with the aim of driving registrations through our Events business through
Accounting, Financial Services, HR, Health and Safety and creating our ‘Best in Business’ brand.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a target driven environment where multi-tasking is a
must. They should strive to continually learn and improve their skills and be able to thrive in a
supportive and friendly working environment with a desire to share new ideas and work hard
towards common goals. Proactive support of the sales team will be vital to succeeding in this fast-
paced role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Managing the Croner-i digital channels – creating campaign landing pages and email
content, content management of websites, managing social media presence and
reporting, owning the promotion and execution of webinars and live events
Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation techniques
Optimise the Croner-i social media platforms based on engagement and performance
Knowledge of marketo and some ideas around email based campaigns
Working with the Events manager and the Head of Sales Enablement on a content
strategy from conception to delivery through various channels such as email and
marketing automation
Identifying new opportunities within events and partnerships.
Working with internal teams to produce reports for stakeholders
Be part of the group marketing function ensuring Croner-i activity is aligned with the
group strategy
What you Bring to the Team
Experience working in a B2B environment
Experience in marketing events, webinars and live events
Experience in social media outputs
Competency using website content management systems
Experience using analytics tools to measure and optimise performance
Experience of marketing automation software (Marketo experience is preferable but not a prerequisite ) · Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and meet deadlines · +/-2 years’ experience working in a digital marketing environment
