The Royal Armouries & New Dock Hall is the largest dedicated conference, events and Exhibition space in Leeds.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Event Planner to join our Sales team. You’ll be a valuable member of the team, responsible for coordinating the conference and events bookings for the venue.
You’ll conduct showrounds and meet customers to establish final details, and proactively upsell the facilities to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations. Produce BEO’s and attend operational meetings to ensure smooth handovers to the Operations Manager. Handle invoicing and post-event customer feedback. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all customer, staff, and management communications. In return we offer support and development to grow within our business alongside a competitive salary.
