We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join one of the UK’s most successful events. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing portfolio and lead campaigns that drive both audience growth and exhibitor success.

You’ll work alongside a dynamic team that’s passionate about delivering impactful, creative marketing for market-leading exhibitions. If you’re ready to take the next step and want a role that blends strategy, creativity and commercial focus, this could be the one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver effective multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, and partnerships
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that increase visitor attendance and exhibitor engagement
• Manage budgets and track performance to ensure strong ROI
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team, supporting growth and collaboration
• Analyse data and campaign insights to drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 4-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within events or media
• Confident team leader with strong organisational and project management skills
• Skilled across CRM, CMS, and digital platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, LinkedIn Ads)
• Excellent copywriting and creative skills with a commercial mindset
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for events
