The Mission

• Situation: Malt is disrupting the legacy contingent workforce model across Europe. Fortune 500 enterprises seek to scale external talent but face operational inefficiencies, fragmented tech stacks (VMS/MSP), and outdated procurement frameworks. This ecosystem requires structural disruption.
• Your Objective: You are the strategic bridge for our enterprise pre-sales engine. Partner with top-tier Account Executives to architect bespoke, multi-million Euro workforce solutions. Conduct complex operational discovery, dismantle bottlenecks, and win buy-in from C-level decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Chief Procurement Officers) to establish Malt as their institutional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Pillar 1: Deal Architecture & C-Suite Advisory
  • Lead high-impact, client-facing discovery workshops to diagnose operational inefficiencies and digital transformation bottlenecks. Design bespoke workforce delivery models that integrate safely and compliantly into enterprise ecosystems.
  • Output: Fully engineered enterprise solution blueprints and value-driven executive ROI pitches.
  • Metrics of Performance: Deal win rate and pilot-to-MSA conversion rate; ACV signed.
• Pillar 2: Tender Leadership & Financial Engineering
  • Develop and defend impact models that prove economic value to Procurement and Finance leaders, aligning Malt to their KPIs.
  • Output: Winning tender submissions and clearly scoped enterprise pilots with definitive KPIs.
  • Metrics of Performance: Total GSV influenced; RFP win rate.
• Pillar 3: Thought Leadership & Market Evangelism
  • Translate complex client wins into scalable IP. Collaborate with Marketing to author white papers and contribute to industry conferences.
  • Output: Packaged enterprise playbooks and published frameworks for the sales organization.
  • Metrics of Performance: Sales cycle velocity and inbound executive engagement.

Requirements & Skills

Proven Mastery (What you have already built):

• A quantified track record in B2B Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Enterprise Strategy Consulting.
• History of cross-functional alignment across HR, IT, Legal, and Procurement in multi-country transformation programs.
• Proven excellence in pitches backed by ROI models.
• Full fluency in English; native-level or high proficiency in German, French or Spanish is a significant advantage.

Skills You Will Deploy & Develop:

• Workforce Ecosystem Architecture: Deep mastery of the external workforce and HR tech spaces; experience with MSP and VMS ecosystems.
• Executive Transformation Catalyst: Ability to challenge and redesign operating models at the C-suite level.
• Scalable IP Generation: Translate engagements into repeatable, go-to-market IP and frameworks.

The Self-Selection Filter

• This role is perfect for you if: You enjoy collaborating with AEs to diagnose and rebuild client organizations and processes with rigorous ROI models and transformation frameworks.
• You have executive gravitas to engage with CIOs or CPOs and defend why their external workforce strategy must evolve.

• This role is NOT for you if: You prefer scripted demos and avoiding complex questions, or you are uncomfortable with financial modeling and cross-functional governance.

30-60-90 Day Plan

• Day 30: Learn Malt architecture, master ROI models, map VMS/MSP integration capabilities. Output: first internal mock-pitch and codified Malt value proposition.
• Day 60: Execute in the field with AEs on live deals, lead discovery workshops, drive RFPs. Output: scoping and presenting a high-visibility enterprise pilot framework.
• Day 90: Own your metrics of performance. Output: secure 7-figure GSV wins and publish scalable internal IP.
