Position: Energy Broker / Sales Agent

Location: Leicester City Centre

Salary: £25k Basic + commission

Hours of Work: 08:45am – 16:45 Monday to Thursday, 08:45 – 16:00 on Fridays.(Opportunity for early finish)

Type: Office Based Permanent Full-time

We are recruiting for a Broker Sales Agent for a busy multi-utility energy consultant based in the heart of Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in energy sales and a proven track record.

What you will do as an Energy Broker/ Sales Agent:

In this role you will be contacting prospective business customers to arrange gas & electricity supply contracts and convert leads from our lead generation team in a relaxed office environment.

What do you need to be an Energy Broker/ Sales Agent:

• Minimum of 1 years experience in Energy Sales.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and Rapport
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Packages and CRMs
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and self motivation
• the abiltiy to work well as an individual and as part of a team

What we will offer you as an Energy Broker/ Sales Agent:

• Commission rate of 20% on normal data.
• Commission rate of 30% on own data/portfolio.
• Annual pay review.
