Electronics Account Manager

As the Electronics Account Manager in the Corby team you will join our growing sales function. This is an exciting opportunity to join as you will take a proactive approach to managing customers and taking responsibility for driving an exceptional customer experience
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager – Electronics, you will be a part of an organization that promotes personal development, growth, and career progression and who will provide you with the tools and training you need to excel in the industry.
What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role
You will target revenue potential within identified Electronics accounts. At the same time, you shall carry out an effortless experience for customers through email and phone channels. The ideal candidate will have and understanding of the fast-paced environment in which electronics customers operate and the need for quick response times for lead times, pricing, and stock availability information.
What you will need to be successful in this position:
Fully able to prioritise workloads, multi-task, and act on own initiative.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Demonstrable planning and time management skills.
IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel.
Proven experience of stakeholder management with the ability to manage and influence.
Outstanding problem solving & commercial skills with an analytical mindset, as well as possessing the ability to negotiate
Proactive & highly motivated with a consistent record of achieving targets/objectives.
