The Role – Executive Assistant

Previous experience of working in a busy, deadline driven environment is essential, as this person will need to be quick to react and be on the ball. The job will also demand an individual who is capable of multi-tasking, using their own initiative and remaining calm under pressure. With your strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as your ability to act upon business needs, you will be a valuable part of our Operations team.

Tasks

• Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to Partners/VP’s/Directors
• Manage, coordinate, and arrange VPD’s travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transport and visas
• Expenses processing and timesheet management
• Management of budgets
• Creation of presentation materials for Client Group
• Event organisation and management
• On-boarding of new VPD’s to DV
• Work closely with Client Experience and Venture Team Assistants
• Relationship management with all key stakeholders
• Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the business including BCG, internal and external contacts
