A dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales, who acts as ambassador of The Fellows House hotel. You will have a passion for hospitality with a customer centric mindset demonstrating a deep devotion to providing a person-centered experience for both guests and team members.
The Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, increasing brand awareness, and fostering guest loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel sales, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and effective leadership skills. You will possess the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and play a key role in promoting and enhancing the Fellows brand.
