Are you an Advertising agency Business/Client Director interested in moving in-house to one of the worlds’ most loved and trusted brands?
An exciting opportunity to join the EMEA leadership team of Our LEGO Agency (OLA), the internal creative agency at the LEGO Group, to help us set the London agency up for the future.
Leading a small team of Comms Partners (Account Handlers) and working into the Head of the EMEA Agency, this role will take ownership for ensuring an optimal operational set up and creating a setting where high quality thinking, great creative campaign work and our people can flourish.
Core Responsibilities
A natural navigator with experience in complex stakeholder landscapes, you will help guide the agency teams through the complexity of working with multiple internal stakeholders, reading the signals of the business, and ensuring the team is able to respond with agility.
You will take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work that meets our Market partner needs and addresses their business problems, and you will champion that work.
True partnership is about trust, as a leader of Communication Partners you will establish trust based on mutual respect and a deep level of understanding, whilst knowing the difference between what a marketing partner wants and what they need.
Understanding our marketing teams, understanding them as people, understanding their regions, their business and the environment in which they need to deliver. Overall responsibility for the Agency relationship with our WE and REEMEA Markets.
On the operational side, you will help us develop the best agency setup to respond to the evolving needs of the business and ambitions. Overseeing agency budget and the capacity planning model for the EMEA team.
Define, train and nurture the Communication Partners team championing the LEGO Group People Promise in your leadership style.

Our LEGO Agency EMEA is the regional hub within the LEGO in-house advertising agency. We are responsible for leading strategic and conceptual development, design, and maturing communication campaigns for the EMEA region. Our role is to engage with children and the adults in their lives, with great ideas that drive commercial momentum for our Markets.
We work across many partnerships and communication channels and our work varies year-on-year as we adapt to market and business needs. From amplifying ideas across high volume, multi-format shopper and digital assets to originating campaigns and ideas across TV, always-on social content, digital live-streams, retail occasions or physical events.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience as a people leader and as part of an agency leadership team in a top-level brand advertising agency.
A proven leader with a nurturing, inclusive approach. You are very passionate and positive with boundless energy and determination.
Good business maturity, ability to build strong relationships with Marketing partners.
An outstanding presenter of work, strong communication and influencing skills with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
We are part of a Global Agency network, so we would want you to be an excellent cross agency collaborator helping build bridges across the regional hubs and the global team.
Demonstrable experience formulating and improving agency operations and ways of working process and team structure.
Able to travel internationally when required ( 2-3 trips per year). You will be working as part of a Global Agency. To succeed, teamwork, collaboration and networking will be fundamental to your daily work.
