WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a DigitalBCG Coordinator within BCG’s Deep Tech Mission you will execute and coordinate business operational support for the mission’s tasks both regionally and globally. Working with Leadership, you will coordinate the mission’s operational activities such as meeting organization, budgets / business reporting and marketing and communication efforts. You will also coordinate people affiliation and development activities as well as the organization and execution of internal meetings and trainings whilst acting as a point of contact for members across the BCG’s Deep Tech Mission.
You will independently coordinate the plan and preparation of meetings, seeking guidance as needed, from invitation management through to agenda coordination, tracking and logistical support as well as expense and budget management. You will prepare newsletters and maintain proposals microsite. You will regularly maintain dashboards and carry out ad hoc financial reporting.

YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will coordinate closely with the Leadership team, the deep tech topic manager and other members of topic GSB team, deep tech Experts and Senior Advisors, sector/topic Managers as well as the Business Services team, alongside Practice Area Coordinators both within the practice and across others.
Practice Area Management & Operations team members keep BCG’s industry and functional practice areas operating responsively and efficiently. As a member of this team, you will contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including content development, process management, marketing, meeting and conference management, and internal/external communications.
