Role Summary
The Digital Officer ensures Bliss’ digital operations run smoothly. Their main responsibilities include website maintenance, supporting staff with digital needs, and managing digital best practices for tracking, reporting, and content. They will also assist in key digital projects and lead smaller initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain experience in a range of skills and expertise including website management, monitoring and evaluating website analytics and leading and supporting innovative digital projects across the organisation.
Role Details
The Digital Officer is responsible for maintaining Bliss website on a day-to-day basis making sure that the website s functionality and content is of the highest standard and providing an excellent user experience.
You will use your digital skills and understanding to help edit, create and manage the Bliss website including regular monitoring through analytics.
You will work closely with the Digital Programme Lead on various digital projects will also work with different teams across the organisation to support their digital initiatives and needs.
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of working in a digital or similar role, be able to work on their own initiative and have excellent understanding of user needs and creating digital content.
You ll provide website training and support to colleagues across the organisation, as well as work with our digital agency on support requests and projects as and when required.
