As the Digital Merchandising Lead – Sky Entertainment, Sports & Cinema, you will be responsible for creating and executing online campaigns to drive FAME and FOMO for our award-winning content. You will work closely with marketing teams across the business to maximise customer engagement, clickthrough and conversion on , My Sky App and on Sky Shop.

You will be responsible for preparing and delivering online merchandising campaigns supporting Sky’s slate of content as well as continuously optimising performance based on performance as well as emerging interest around key sports fixtures. You will monitor campaigns and page performance to drive continuous improvement and generate valuable insights to use in future content campaigns.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for developing a robust strategy across Entertainment, Sports & Cinema to ensure relevance and drive excitement across all digital channels.
• Maximise potential of big content moments, delivering innovative ways to improve our performance.
• Responsible for strategy and execution quality of content presentation online, ensuring a seamless, engaging and consistent experience for our customers.
• Ensure end to end alignment across multiple teams across Sky & Partners, presenting the Digital Merchandising plan, aligned to business goals and our Digital KPIs.
• Collaborate across social media & SEO teams to ensure content strategy alignment, drive brand awareness and traffic into digital channels.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in entertainment & streaming UX to ensure we are exceeding customer expectations throughout our experience.

Team Overview:

DME (Digital Marketing and eCommerce) are responsible for digitally trading Sky and NOW, including Digital Marketing, Performance Trading & Digital Merchandising, Experimentation, Digital GTM and Digital Strategy & Analytics.
