Duties are to bring a passion to the products to define customer touch points, develop strategic CRM proposition and future direction , develop the strategic CRM proposition and future direction, deliver a digitally driven experience to the customers, implement communications to stimulate sales and services and in the process build familiarity to the brand, increase lead acquisition, retention strategies, introduce. This role would suit someone with a strong digital customer experience background working for a luxury brand.
Candidates will have multi-channel digital communications experience, marketing communications or CRM experience within an automotive sector agency management skills, stakeholder management, demonstrate evidence that customers get the right message at the right time, an understanding of digital landscape, channels and how to use the target, agency management skills, Relevant degree or equivalent experience, previous experience of mapping customer journeys and working in an automotive or luxury brand would be distinct advantage, results driven, good communication who can communicate complex ideas, an effective tea player who actively leads develops and supports team members.
