The Company: The owner of a market-leading luxury interiors and home furnishings brand, established 45 years,with operations in the UK, Europe and north America.
The Role: A talented, dedicated ambitious digital marketer is sought to report directly to the Head of Marketing and oversee all aspects of the online/social brand and performance marketing and to further develop online partner and affiliate channels. Key responsibilities:
• Management/ownership of the company s two brand websites
• Develop and coordinate digital strategies to promote and publicise the brands
• Coordinate and make a key contribution to online content, brand visuals and presentation
• Manage PPC, lead generation and social campaigns across the major online/digital channels
• Coordinate SEO to enhance visibility and drive engagement and enquiries
• Manage the KPIs and digital metrics, liaising closely with and reporting to – the board and senior management
• Become the key contact with digital agencies and suppliers, collaborating to achieve the company s online marketing objectives
• Contribute to the senior marketing team in shaping the development of the company s brand identity and promotional activity, with a shift from traditional retail and franchise operations to a more robust online presence.
• Supervise an internal designer and content marketing executive.

The Ideal Candidate will be an experienced digital marketing professional most likely (but not necessarily) a graduate with perhaps a CIM Diploma or a recognized digital marketing qualification – who can demonstrate prior success in a similar role with a consumer brand.Experience of marketing a home-furnishings or interiors brand would be an advantage but is not essential. The key requirements are a strong digital marketing and social media marketing pedigree, a passion for brand-building, a natural creative flair and the style,energy and personality to inspire colleagues,and performance partners (agencies/suppliers/retailers). First class communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels is critical – as is a keen eye for the commercial bottom line. Strong all-round digital skills are of course also essential, especially Google Ads, SEO, paid search, social channels, analytics and metrics.
