As Digital Marketing Officer you will take ownership of planning, executing and optimising our online marketing efforts to attract clients and staff.

As Digital Marketing Officer you will join our central support team based in Harrogate, Yorkshire and you’ll develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels in collaboration with our local home care branches. This is offered as a part-time or full-time role (depending on your availability).

Responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns and job boards
Collaborate with local home care branches to plan and execute digital marketing
Design, build and maintain our social media presence (Facebook, Glassdoor etc.)
Launch optimised online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels
Post online job adverts through Indeed, Facebook etc.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors (e.g. Google, Indeed)
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal communications projects (e.g. on intranet)
Requirements
Proven experience as digital marketing executive or similar role
Experience within home care or healthcare sector is not essential
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO / SEM
Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, use initiative and prioritise with little direct supervision
Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
Warm, patient and compassionate but also emotionally resilient and calm under pressure
Enthusiastic and positive ‘can do’ attitude
Commitment to providing and maintaining high standards of our care service
Commercially aware and a desire to succeed
Proficient in use of IT systems
