With a collaborative and fast-paced environment, we are seeking a proactive individual to lead our digital advertising efforts and help drive exceptional results for our clients.

What You ll Do:

• Manage Ad Campaigns: Oversee and optimise paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads for both our agency and our clients.
• Landing Page Oversight: Coordinate with external resources to create and optimise landing pages that drive high conversion rates.
• Social Media & Content Management: Manage our social media presence and company blog to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in Paid Ads: Proven experience running and managing paid ad campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Ads.
• Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media management and content creation.
• Conversion-Focused: Solid knowledge of landing page design and optimisation principles to maximise conversions.
• Analytical & Results-Driven: Skilled at using data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and external partners.
