Are you looking for a Digital Marketing role that really can change lives? If you are a talented digital marketer who is passionate about driving traffic, engagement, leads and ROI – this small, London-based youth charity needs you!
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager, who has a proven track record across CRM, SEO, PPC, digital advertising and content marketing.
A brand-new role within the charity, the digital and digital content plans for a full range of B2B and B2C audiences will be yours to shape and own – the KPIs yours to set and exceed.
*Personas and user journeys – using insights to continuously develop journeys and make them seamless and relevant across every digital channel.
*Digital sales/stakeholder funnel – making sure every touchpoint is effectively moving users through the required stages.
*CRM – creating direct and automated campaigns to support wider campaigns and drive significant engagement, marketing qualified leads and off-page SEO.
*Website – developing the site and on-page content so it speaks to every audience – and Google – to boost rankings, traffic, engagement and leads.
*Paid advertising – using PPC, display, retargeting and other digital advertising to target users and drive results.
*Content – developing an on- and off-page digital content plan aligned to the wider marcomms plan. Plus, ideally writing and/or creating compelling content for some channels.
*Data and insights – monitoring performance and conversion data to continuously improve channels and content, and demonstrate KPI and commercial successes.
*Team and budget management – managing freelancers and agencies across digital and creative where needed, in line with your allocated funds.
*Award submissions – drawing attention to the charity’s successes through digital marketing award shortlists and wins.
*Ideally at least five years in digital marketing roles with 2-3 years at management level.
*Both B2B and B2C experience is preferred.
*Proven track record in creating growth and ROI in required channels.
*Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation.
*Experienced in Google Analytics and Console, Google AdWords.
*Self-starter – innovative and solutions-focused, you’ll keep yourself and the charity one step ahead of digital trends.
*Team player – you’ll be happy to support the needs of colleagues across the charity and work closely with them to develop plans and content.
*Attention to detail – this will be a prime objective whether you’re communicating internally or externally.
