JOB SUMMARY

VMA GROUP have partnered with a forward-thinking global agency looking for a curious, creative, tenacious, and bright marketing specialist to join their team! We’re a small department with big ambitions and exciting plans for the future, so we need a self-starter who is willing to get stuck in from day one. The main function of the role is to support the agile department during this growth phase across multiple channels, exercise the marketing strategy with confidence, and demonstrate the passion and appetite to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement campaigns across multiple channels
• Creative support for sales and marketing materials
• Social media management
• Market research and regular competitor reviews, incorporating findings into campaigns for better results
• Run email marketing campaigns and report back regularly
• Analyse website & social media metrics
• Update and maintain the company website and assist with regular uploads
• Assist with content creation
• Assist with SEO efforts
• Help organise and run events

Must Haves

• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques
• Creative marketer with basic graphic design experience to create social media posts and other marketing materials (experience with Canva, Figma, or other graphic design software a plus)
• Ability to analyse marketing data and create insightful and actionable reports
• Knowledge and experience using CRM tools
• Ability to multitask, collaborate with numerous stakeholders, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Proactive mindset and keen to learn new things

Added Advantage

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation
• A passion for retail
• Have thrived in a startup or scale-up environment previously
• A curious mindset and interest in researching industry trends, digging into customer insights, and understanding agency products/offerings
• Experience using HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, Google Office, and WordPress
