We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional who will take the lead in managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation by driving sales and achieving a positive return on ad spend (ROAS).

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a performance-focused marketer to make a significant impact in a business that is growing rapidly and has ambitious plans for the future.

Key responsibilities include:

• Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Manage and optimise advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Google Shopping.
  • Identify and implement strategies to achieve a positive ROAS, analysing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Propose innovative campaign strategies to improve return on ad spend and increase website traffic and sales.

• Creative Contributions

  • Leverage personal experience to bring fresh ideas and insights to campaign development.
  • Collaborate on the creation of engaging content for display marketing, including video and SEO-aligned materials.

• Platform Expertise

  • Oversee marketing activities on Shopify to ensure seamless integration and alignment with broader campaign goals.

• Analysis & Reporting

  • Evaluate campaign performance and present actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Use data to inform decisions, refine strategies, and maximise results.

Candidate Criteria

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit, including:

• Proven experience managing ad campaigns on Amazon, eBay, and Google Shopping.
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive ROAS and driving sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills to review campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience using Shopify for e-commerce campaigns.
• Preferred experience in creating video content for display marketing and knowledge of SEO best practices.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ambition to push a young business forward.
• A proactive, ideas-driven approach, with the ability to implement strategies that deliver tangible results.
