Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in a digital marketing role.
• A marketing degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Self-confidence and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies.
• Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.

Content Creation and Management:

• Collaborate with the content team to create digital content such as social media updates and blog posts.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.

Social Media Strategy:

• Support the implementation of social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage daily postings and interactions on social media platforms.

Email Marketing:

• Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Track email campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Continuous Learning and Development:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
