What you will be doing:

• Craft & Implement Strategies: Develop digital marketing plans that elevate our brand and drive engagement.
• Utilise SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and engagement.
• Social Media Guru: Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
• Utilising available tools to promote our services, success stories, and industry insights.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer inquiries, and respond promptly to interactions.
• Content Creator: Produce engaging content that speaks to our audience think blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse campaign performance to refine and optimise strategies.
• Brand Champion: Ensure our brand message is consistent and impactful across all channels.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise our reach.

Who We re Looking For:

• Proven experience of digital marketing and social media management experience, ideally in recruitment or HR.
• Strong command of SEO, SEM, and content creation tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for creative problem-solving.
