Digital Marketing and Online Sales Executive
37.5 hours per week
Up to £23,000 depending upon experience

OUTLINE OF JOB:
The Digital Marketing and Online Sales will be responsible for carrying out various retail advertising programmers to boost website sales as well as boosting social media interaction. They will also be tasked with various brand boosting objectives and working in a team to develop other and all areas of online sales.
Involved in Corporate Social Responsibility projects and make recommendations on how to implement, measure and publicise each initiative.
Engaging in projects across Social Media channels to promote customer loyalty and the high quality of the brand.
Research and analyse marketing information to identify sales and marketing trends of all product groups as well as competitor and promotional activity relevant to the Company’s retail and wholesale business.
Undertake specific marketing projects in accordance with the planned marketing programme.
Support Retail Shop Supervisors and retail management team through advertising and promotional activity to build brand awareness and generate customer loyalty.
Organise, plan and attend any exhibitions as agreed by the Company to build public awareness and perception of the business.
Maintain, update and further develop the Company’s website.
Liaise with Public Relations Companies and media organisations to proof all information to be published and communicate information to Retail Sales & Marketing Director to agree publication criteria.
Must provide effective communications on all matters concerning Marketing/Corporate Social Responsibility/Social Media/Sales and Promotions with Company management to ensure that all marketing activity is approved and meets the requirements and cost restraints of the business.
Must liaise effectively with all Company departments and external agencies to ensure that accurate information is produced and used for the benefit of the business.
Must complete all administration work accurately and on time to support the Sales Management team in meeting tight and demanding deadlines.
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally educated to degree level
Must have a keen interest and experience in Social Responsibilities.
Must have knowledge of relation building on Social Media/ Networking for Business Purposes.
Will be computer literate in word, spread sheet and database applications and have the ability to investigate facts and figures to produce coherent and succinct reports.
Will be able to provide a confidential administrative service and have a confident telephone manner.
Must have the ability to inspire confidence from colleagues at all levels within the Company and will need to demonstrate competence at effective cross-functional communication.
Must be well organised, able to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and work on multiple projects to attain targets within a deadline-intensive environment.
Must be self motivated, creative and able to work with the minimum of supervision.
Must be dependable, able to act with discretion and have a smart, presentable and outgoing manner. Will need to reflect the image of the Company through personal behaviour when representing the Company.
