You ll be at the heart of an exciting, fast-paced environment, shaping the way the brand connects with its audience across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations, keeping our strategies sharp and innovative.
• Create captivating, share-worthy content for social media, the website, and email newsletters to keep our audience engaged.
• Work alongside the sales team to ensure our marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned with overarching business goals.
• Manage and refresh the company s website and social media channels to maintain a dynamic online presence.
• Organize and actively engage in industry events and webinars, elevating our brand s visibility and presence.
• Track emerging social media trends and tweak strategies to maximize engagement and drive results.
• Promptly respond to comments and messages, fostering a strong sense of community and ongoing interaction.
• Analyse performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed for continual optimization.

Skills/Experience

• A creative thinker.
• Proven track record in a marketing role, with hands-on experience.
• Proficient in navigating digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for engaging audiences.
• Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
