We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital & Data Executive to join our Digital Marketing team here at The London Clinic. We have circa 1300 employees, a total of 8 premises, and we are dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise.Job DescriptionThe Digital and Data Executive will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the customer-facing digital experience at The London Clinic The post holder will edit our website, contribute to our social media platforms, deliver performance reports and help with manging data in our new CRM.Job Type: Full Time, permanent position.Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Mon – Fri within the core hours of 9am-5.30pmLocation: The London Clinic Administration Building, 1 Park Square West, London NW1 4LJ with some working from home availableBenefits package: We offer a comprehensive package including a contributory pension scheme (total annual contribution up to 20%), Private Medical Healthcare, 33 days annual leave (inclusive), as well as a wide range of other benefits. We also offer excellent career development opportunities. Duties & ResponsibilitiesProduce, edit and manage content for The London Clinic website using the content management system (CMS) Drupal 9. Support with the delivery of our SEO strategy by optimising content online and addressing the technical considerations that impact SEO, with the help of tools like Site Improve and SEMrush.Provide performance reports using reporting tools such as Google Analytics and present these reports to other stakeholders as required.Manage the team email inbox, acting as the first point of call for general digital queries from across the business (with support from the Digital Manager), resolving queries where possible and allocating and prioritizing others for further work.Support the Communications team with the management of The London Clinic’s social media channels, through the creation and posting of content, channel monitoring, channel performance reporting and trend analysis.Day-to-day management of CRM data within Microsoft Dynamics including data cleansing, duplicating segments, data archiving in line with data retention policies, processing marketing consent opt-outs and aligning CRM data with data from the patient information management system. Proactively work through data to fill gaps and ensure complete records sit within our CRM system – some ad hoc data entry may be required. Skills & ExperienceA genuine passion for digital and an understanding of the role and impact of digital in the modern customer experience.A data driven mindset when it comes to improving customer experience.A strong communicator, both written and verbal.Degree educated in a relevant subject such as marketing, business information or similar or at least 2 years of work experience within digital.
