Digital Content Administrator
Salary: 12ph
Location: Camberley
Temporary Position (8 Weeks)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Content Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital content management, has an eye for detail, and can work efficiently under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will support our digital marketing and communications team in managing and updating our online content to ensure it is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management: Update and maintain content across our digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media channels.
Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing written, visual, and multimedia content.
Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary content and ensure timely updates.
Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule content updates in coordination with the marketing calendar.
General Administration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Desirable degree in Marketing or similar
Technical Skills: Proficiency on Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Design Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of advanced SEO techniques and tools.
Social Media: Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling tools.
