This Digital Communications Specialist will report to the Digital Communications Manager and will work within Human Resources directorate based in our London office. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary of circa 40,000.00 and a bonus of 7.5%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) – 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Job Purpose:
You will support the Digital Communications team on the delivery and evaluation of the UK Power Networks external website, digital journeys, and social media channels.
You will develop digital tools to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will build digital skills to help us maintain a ‘best in class’ website while also leading on data driven enhancements and social media content and reach.
