As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, understanding their specific business objectives, and developing tailored digital marketing strategies to enhance their online presence and success.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, target audience, and industry landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, SEO specialists, content creators, and social media experts, to implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide clients with insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand services to existing clients.
• Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proficiency in various digital marketing channels such as Websites, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent organisational skills, enabling effective management of multiple client accounts and deadlines.
