Summary
We’re looking for an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. Working within our Marketing department, you’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters and the wider marketing team to develop compelling creative work that’s creative, impactful and effective.
This is a fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from maternity leave. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 15 months.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Senior Designer, you will be creating engaging and well-crafted multi-channel campaigns, for business areas across the organisation – including fundraising, commercial, membership, visitor experience and more.
You’ll work on a range of different projects, including creative campaigns, illustration, motion, digital and print design. Collaboration with the wider marketing team, communications directorate and regional marketing community is essential to this role, to deliver exceptional creative design within brand identity guidelines.
A professional creative response is required on all projects, regardless of size, following a clearly defined process from initial concept through to delivery. You’ll have your finger on the pulse and be constantly striving to make our communications stand out in a busy marketplace.
