My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about providing excellence. This role is temporary on an ongoing basis, so there is no finish date. As a Customer Service Advisor your role is to provide administration support to customers, via email and telephone. This includes arranging the collection and return of items for service or repair. Crucial to this role is keeping the customer updated at all times.

Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities

• Enter new customer enquiry and warranty details onto relevant system/s.
• Promptly answer phone calls (the aim is for all calls to be answered within 3 to 5 rings)
• Liaise with customers, via telephone as calls come in, understand the customers concern/enquiry and act accordingly to deal with any enquiry in a professional and timely manner, we aim for a one contact solution to enquiries.
• Respond promptly and action relevant emails aiming for a 2-hour response time for emails.
• To assist in performing other assignments as required by the nature of the job needs of the business and by management.
• Conduct daily work and tasks in accordance with the guidance, processes and KPIs outlined.

Customer Service Advisor Attributes:

• A team player, happy to support colleagues
• Someone who is happy to answer the phone
• At least 1 year Customer service experience in a telephone based role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
