The role will see you involved in – Support on design and delivery of research projects and analysis – Analyse CRM campaigns to identify key customer trends – Write campaign reports – Support on the presentation of key research and insights – Create tool kits and help maintain research/insights systems – Day to day liaison with external research providers/agenciesYOUTo apply for this entry level Customer Insight Analyst role you must have the following – a research background, ( MSc, PhD, internship, placement, other) – an understanding of the qualitative and quantitative methodologies – strong numeracy skills, able to interpret statistics – excellent verbal and written communications skills, with a bright, sparky attitude, demonstrating a keeness to progress in the research world.
