Position: CRM HubSpot Platform Developer
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Day Rate: £300 – £325 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)

My client is seeking a skilled and experienced CRM HubSpot Platform Developer to lead an exciting project to implement HubSpot CRM, Content Management System, and Learning Management System. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge systems that will enhance member engagement and streamline my client s operations.

Role Overview: As a CRM HubSpot Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a robust CRM system using HubSpot, integrated with WordPress for CMS and LearnDash for LMS. You will work closely with our project team to ensure seamless integration and functionality across all platforms, driving the success of our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM system using HubSpot, integrated with WordPress.
• Create and manage member profiles, renewal workflows, ratings, and qualifications tracking.
• Integrate communication tools including email marketing, automated workflows, and real-time chat.
• Implement data integration with HubSpot and other third-party tools.
• Design and customise dashboards for analytics and reporting.
• Ensure platform security and GDPR compliance with role-based access control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map business processes.
• Maintain data integrity and optimise CRM processes.
• Create user guides, testing plans, and manage project backlogs in an Agile environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and managing CRM systems using HubSpot.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress, including Elementor Pro and WooCommerce integration.
• Experience with LearnDash for LMS functionality.
• Knowledge of MySQL or equivalent relational databases.
• Demonstrated experience in API connections and third-party tool integration.
• Familiarity with SSL encryption, GDPR compliance, and role-based access control.
• Excellent project management skills within an Information Systems environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to create process and user guides.
• Experience in rolling out or managing CRM adoption within a business.
• Ability to deliver projects in an Agile environment and manage project task backlogs.
